Financefair announces €150m Fund for Social and Affordable Housing Development

Financefair has launched a new €150 million fund to support the development of up to 750 social and affordable homes across Ireland. Backed by LCM Partners, the fund will offer experienced residential developers up to 90% of total development costs.
